TRAINING FOR BUSINESS

CONSULTATION

First consultation is the most important service we offer and is designed for those of you beginning your wellness journey with us.

 

You can call us or have it handled via Skype, depending on your location and availability. Consultation is essential to grasp all details about your circumstances and to make sure we define the most suitable and adequate training strategy for you.

 

We will not start working on your program without having a consultation with you, regardless of how simple the case may seem at surface level.

 

You will be required to fill in a simple questionnaire and send it back prior to our consultation meeting.

In this way, we can anticipate possible issues and make the most out of the time we spend together.

 

Your understanding of the matter is very important to us.

​Some quick advice is ideal for people who already have a background in sports, who are in Australia, and who have a clear idea of what they want to achieve.

 

For example, this may be suitable if you have been training for years but have never been able to reach your ideal weight and you need the help of an expert to advise you on this issue. Or you want to gain muscle mass but you don't have time to go to the gym between your office hours and your family commitments.

If this is the case, we are here to help you to achieve your goal.

The longer consultation service is more suitable for people who are abroad and / or people who are not very familiar with training or who need targeted training based on particular physical issues.

 

This is also a recommendable option for people who are postnatal, post-op, disabled, or for the elderly.

 

This will be the best option if you need to train but need extra specific attention based on your needs.

30-min LESSON:

for those who don't have much time during the day, for those who can do warm-up and stretching on their own, and for those who are novices and want to train step by step.

45-min LESSON:

for those who want to do a regular workout with a 10 min warm up to start, then a 30 min workout, and finally a 5 min final stretching or problem-specific training.

60-min LESSON:

You have only 1 hour of time and you want to train without being in a hurry or you know that during the lesson you may have interruptions (call, the child wakes up, elderly physical problems). This is ideal for mothers with small children or for seniors who will know during the lesson they will have to stop training for a few minutes.

 

SCHEDULE TRAINING + 30-min lesson

(live and online):

Recommended for people who already have subscriptions in their gym, who want to train without day and time constraints, and for people who want to train but need to save money. The duration of the Schedule will be 1 month, and in the 30 min lesson I will explain each exercise of the scheduled training and we will do a total check of the situation.

TRAINING ONLINE

Our virtual training sessions are designed to keep you focused on achieving results when you can't go to the gym, live far from Perth or are on another continent. Our trainers will guide you through the training course that best suits your needs.

 

According to Haere Mai Training, working on your body isn't always easy, which is why ‘fun’ is a key element in all workouts. In fact, many people tend to turn away from physical activity due to lack of stimulation and motivation. For this reason, the workouts are a combination of preparation and fun.

 

It is therefore essential for us to learn to see fitness as the best way to achieve well-being: a winning combination of physical but also spiritual work, and to face life with positivity.

If you want to access the online course with a personal trainer via Skype, we recommend first of all an initial consultation (go to the consultancy link) to create a specific action plan which is not only physical but also nutritional and motivational. The duration is only 60-min.

30-min LESSON :

Beginner (light exercises). 

45-min LESSON :

Total body  (regular workout).

60-min LESSON :

Sweaty (more cardio).

60-min online with a personal trainer:

Fuse cardio and strength for a full body session tailored to you (equipment or no equipment).

Haere mai training has designed three types of training programs for employees who work in the office bringing different advantages such as stress reduction, increased concentration, increased energy level, and an improved work atmosphere.

30-min / 45-min lesson:

individual or mini group training in your company gym or exercise space. Recommended for employees who occasionally want to train with a personal trainer but without having a fixed commitment. To access this service you will need to fill out an initial form to ensure that the personal trainer has the opportunity to know your background. The workouts will be different and intense at each lesson but at the same time without getting too tired before the start of your work or too heavy at the end of your day.

 

30-min stretching and relaxation:

This type of training is aimed at everyone, a group of more than 10 employees, who want to train without changing their clothing. The exercises that will be performed will be specific to the upper body area and exercises for the awareness of one's body and breath and will be low intensity.

 

30-min stress out:

This type of training is aimed at everyone in groups of more than 10 employees. Wearing a sports t-shirt is recommended. Low cardio will be the type of training that will be carried out to relieve the stress accumulated during the day.
